I was there for 4 nights and ate at beach restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The hotel was in a secluded setting by nature.

Booked the room with my kids for 3 nights and had a really great stay. Everything was brand-new, very good breakfast. The free parking was on site, good service. My accommodation was set in a secluded location just next door to river. There was a beach restaurant nearby...

Khao Lak vibes 🌴✨
The pools are proper clean and the beach is just a hop away. Brekkie was a lekker spread with loads of choices. The free shuttle to town was a lifesaver, saving us some dosh for exploring.
Just wish the dining options weren't so expensive, could get better local food for half the price.

Incredibly nice and accommodating staff who were always there to help. I stayed here before, always fancy and huge rooms with breakfast. Coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and glassware were available: D

Had an awesome family stay with a super spacious room and a giant bed that felt like a cozy paradise for all of us. The kids loved playing for hours in the hotel playroom while the pool and slides were just fantastic for some fun relaxation. The only downside was that the restaurant prices were a bit higher compared to some local spots, but overall, it was a great experience! 🌊

Amazing private pool vibes!
We had such a blast in our suite with a private pool! The view was fine, and it felt super cozy. Service was great. Everyone was so friendly. The poolside bar had some scrumptious snacks, but some places around the resort could use a little chill from AC-dining in the heat wasn't the best sometimes.

The saltwater pools are a unique touch, with a refreshing alternative to traditional pools and creating a soothing environment for relaxation. The large, spacious rooms come equipped with ample storage.
Getting to the beach involves crossing a floating bridge supported by rusted poles, which feels a bit risky and poorly maintained. The restaurants lack air conditioning, leaving dining options uncomfortably hot. My room's air conditioning was also spotty, affecting sleep quality. The layout of the family suite is awkward, with ample bedroom space but no cozy area for gathering, and the pool card system also seemed inconvenient due to limited towel availability. Lastly, the pool's shallow depth and steep slides might be a red flag for families with younger children.

The beautiful setting, surrounded by lush nature and a tranquil lake. The pool area, especially the water bar, created a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were hospitable, we had everything we needed.
One area for improvement would be to enhance the sustainability efforts, particularly regarding plastic use. The water pressure in the bathrooms was a bit overwhelming.

The one bedroom villa had a fine view. We loved the villa pool where the kids spent hours of fun. The staff made sure we had extra beds and cots for the little ones. Celebrating the New Year festival at the resort felt special with all the decorations and activities they prepared for the kids. Watching the fire show several times added to the entertainment. We appreciated the shuttle service that helped us explore the local market. The spa massages were relaxing, and we enjoyed the Thai dishes on the menu. Room service was quick. Breakfast could use more variety, especially more Thai options, and we found the external excursions limited for young kids. More storage in the villa would have been helpful, and the towels lacked enough hanging space.
